Ciao Sicily
On page 176 regarding the recipe for "Mamma's Marinara", the publication indicates "3 cups extra-virgin olive oil."  The corrected text reads "1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil."
On page 149, Tatu (Lemon and Chocolate Biscuit Balls): "The Tatu need to cook about 30 minutes, not 10. However, they are a soft cookie." -- Damian Mandola
On page 144, Tarilla (Lemon Cookies):  Measurement for sugar should be 1/2 cup; for baking powder, 2-1/2 teaspoons; for soda, 2 teaspoons. "Tarilla makes a very soft, sticky dough. Doughs are not exacting recipes. It depends on the humidity and the flour. If the dough seems too wet and sticky, add 1 or 2 more tablespoons of flour. Also, lightly flour your hands and the small ball of dough before you roll it out. This will ease the rolling process." -- Damian Mandola
