Kick up your heels and twirl your little reader around. In a rollicking two-step rhythm, Dance, Y’all, Dance tells the story of one perfect night at the dance hall. In the not too distant past, dance halls were the hub of community in rural areas. Saturday nights, people of all ages gathered for some foot tappin’ action, sharing news, and supporting each other. An Author’s Note provides educators with material for class discussions. Yee-haw!
