Case D. Fischer joined today’s Fischer & Wieser in 1979 as
a student harvesting peaches. He studied Food Technology and Food & Fiber Marketing at Texas A&M University. He serves as President and CEO.
Mark Wieser started Fischer & Wieser’s Das Peach Haus®
as a roadside fruit stand in 1969, selling fruit from his parents’ orchard. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Mark is active Chairman of the company.
John DeMers serves as Director of Culinary Hospitality for Fischer & Wieser. The author of fifty-five books, he also hosts Fischer & Wieser’s Culinary Adventure on the radio and writes for the Fredericksburg Standard.
Nancy Marr earned her BA and MA degrees from The University of Texas and worked as a CPA for Ernst & Young before owning and operating a catering company and working as an instructor at the Central Market Cooking School in Austin. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and the Food Journey Team at Central Market.
